This is a fun fuelled disco vinyasa yoga class that you

can shake your bootay whilst getting your groove on to a mix of disco classics to revitalise your mind, body and soul!
Bust out your leg warmers and bright colours and come join us for the good vibes getting you moving, dancing, laughing, chatting and connecting.

We will start with the option to “Glitter Up” at our glitter station before taking your place on your yoga mat for a fun, energising vinyasa flow sequence to a disco set. We will follow with a self love meditation and then journaling for our thoughts, setting some affirmations for us to connect more deeply with ourselves. It’s a time to explore your body and mindset and realign to our true selves and make our hearts sing. We will follow by a little self love massage and some breathwork which we will guide you through. We will finish with a self love spell to help us plant new seeds of self love and care that we will nourish and allow to grow inside of ourselves.
