Our Classes

MINDFUL VINYASA FLOW

Sam offers a Mindful Flow and guided meditation using asana (postures), pranayama (breath work), mudras (gestures) and mantras (positive affirmations). Classes are often themed, allowing students to move energy around the body to gain strength, flexibility and stability physically, emotionally and mentally as well as learning how to apply yogic concepts to life outside the yoga space.

FEEL GOOD FLOW

You’ll be guided through a gentle yoga flow to stretch and mobilise your whole body, there will be options for you to deepen your practice, but sometimes a restorative approach is needed more than we know. Finished off with a relaxing meditation

BEGINNER’S YOGA

This is a gentle beginner’s class that will take you through the basics of yoga postures, and teach you breathing techniques.  Yoga is for everyone – you will learn at your own pace with full support. Come along and gently ease yourself in to this wonderful class.

YOGA/PILATES FLOW

A fantastic combination of both Yoga and Pilates. Pilates will improve posture, work deeply into your centre as well as mobilising your hips, shoulders and back. Yoga will improve flexibility, strengthen your whole body, and balance body, mind and spirit.

DYNAMIC YOGA FLOW

Giving you the option to challenge your practice with deeper poses. Moving through a beautiful creative flowing asana practice. Including Pranayama (breathing practices) and meditation to focus the minds awareness. We finish with a mindful relaxation giving you an enhanced sense of wellbeing.

This class is not suitable for beginners.

GENTLE VINYASA FLOW

A medium paced class that is tied intrinsically to the breath. This class explores the connection of the mind and body to breathing techniques.  You will flow through the asanas (postures) finding alignment in body, and calmness in soul.

Your practise will end with a relaxing Savasana (corpse pose) as your mind, body, soul connect.

PILATES FOR ALL

This class is suitable for all levels. It’s low impact and we focus on strengthening postural muscles that support and stabilize the spine. It can help to improve posture and control back pain. Regular practice will build endurance and you will notice a difference within your body. As well as mat we also use small equipment.

WELLWOMAN YOGA

Wellwoman Yoga with our Yoga Therapist, Samantha. Lovely ladies, whether you are wishing to support healthy menstruation, conscious conception, pregnancy (14+ weeks) or your peri- and post menopausal journey, you are warmly invited to a nurturing physical practice and nurturing breathwork along with guided relaxation and feminine-centred meditation and yoga nidra. No experience necessary just an open heart and mind.

CANDLELIGHT NIDRA

Yoga Nidra deeply relaxes your body whilst feeling like you have fallen asleep but still being fully aware of what is happening around you. “Yoga” is to bring consciousness and awareness to all parts of your life making it whole. “Nidra” means sleep.

VINYASA FLOW

My vinyasa flow class is suited for beginners to intermediate.  I like to keep my vinyasa playful and relaxed and give options to challenge yourself if you want to take it up a level.  We start with a breath awareness exercise where we work on the foundations of the practice using mindfulness and grounding techniques followed by a gentle warm up leading into a flow sequence and ending with relaxation.  I aim for my students to leave energised but with a calm and clear mind.

HATHA YOGA FLOW

Flow through a sequence of yoga asanas (postures) to stretch, strengthen and mobilise the whole body, focusing on correct alignments and options that work for you. We’ll ride the wave of our breath throughout class, leading into a relaxation and meditation to finish

Ease into a mindful Vinyasa practice with a focus on the breath, alignment and flow to mobilise, stretch & strengthen; including breath practices & meditation. A beautiful class open to all levels.

We are situated at the end of the parade of shops in Springfield Avenue.

We are between Billericay and Shenfield. (0.5 from Shenfield station )

There are plenty of free parking spaces outside and in the surrounding roads
