Our Classes

MINDFUL FLOW

Sam offers a Mindful Flow and guided meditation using asana (postures), pranayama (breath work), mudras (gestures) and mantras (positive affirmations). Classes are often themed, allowing students to move energy around the body to gain strength, flexibility and stability physically, emotionally and mentally as well as learning how to apply yogic concepts to life outside the yoga space.

PILATES

Pilates will increase strength, improve posture & flexibility and is the perfect back care programme..

This is a mixed ability practice and beginners are very welcome to join this classes.

Tuesdays

YOGA/PILATES FLOW

A fantastic combination of both Yoga and Pilates. Pilates will improve posture, work deeply into your centre as well as mobilising your hips, shoulders and back. Yoga will improve flexibility, strengthen your whole body, and balance body, mind and spirit.

GENTLE VINYASA FLOW

A medium paced class that is tied intrinsically to the breath. This class explores the connection of the mind and body to breathing techniques.  You will flow through the asanas (postures) finding alignment in body, and calmness in soul.

Your practise will end with a relaxing Savasana (corpse pose) as your mind, body, soul connect.

PILATES FOR ALL

This class is suitable for all levels. It’s low impact and we focus on strengthening postural muscles that support and stabilize the spine. It can help to improve posture and control back pain. Regular practice will build endurance and you will notice a difference within your body. As well as mat we also use small equipment.

MINDFUL MOVEMENT AND MEDITATION

Gentle Yoga: a slow flow of mindful movement and somatics to soothe the nervous system, release tension and promote restful sleep. All abilities welcome.

CANDLELIGHT NIDRA

Yoga Nidra deeply relaxes your body whilst feeling like you have fallen asleep but still being fully aware of what is happening around you. “Yoga” is to bring consciousness and awareness to all parts of your life making it whole. “Nidra” means sleep.

HATHA YOGA FLOW

This is a beautiful flowing Hatha Yoga practice.  Aiming to find balance in body, mind and spirit. Charlotte will guide you through various yoga asanas (postures) to stretch, strengthen and mobilise the whole body. This class is open to everyone.

HATHA YOGA

In Hatha we aim to find balance in body, mind and spirit. I will guide you through various yoga asanas (postures) to stretch, strengthen and mobilise the whole body, focusing on correct alignment and offering options that work for you. We will ride the wave of our breath throughout class, ground ourselves in meditation and wrap up with a restorative relaxation.

MINDFUL YOGA FLOW

In this mindful class we will pair movement with breath.

Gently flowing through poses to help align, stretch and strengthen the body. As well as working towards a feeling of release and stillness in the mind.

We are situated at the end of the parade of shops in Springfield Avenue.

We are between Billericay and Shenfield. (0.5 from Shenfield station )

There are plenty of free parking spaces outside and in the surrounding roads
