Join Laura for a deep dive into the Sun Salutations – the foundational flow of yoga asanas key to practices such as Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga.
You’ll learn different variations of the sun salutations, how to move with YOUR body and advance or refine your personal practice.
We’ll close with a mindful meditation on moving with purpose on, and beyond, the mat.
